This is a surprisingly nice and tasty alternative to traditional french fries you should try it!

Peel and clean the butternut squash

Cut into french fry shapes & lengths

Place single layer on baking sheet

Lightly drizzle with olive oil

Season with a little salt and pepper to taste

Bake in oven at 375 - 400 degrees turning occasionally until squash is cooked and golden brown

Serve and enjoy this delicious veggie

These sound delicious. I'm trying to find healthier ways to eat (which is hard when I love burgers and fries). This will be a nice way to cheat!!
